New York City

I am so happy you're here. My goal is to provide you with a little more insight about myself and the yoga practices I offer.

I have completed my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training through Celebrating the Call. I am also certified in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma Informed Yoga through ISHTA Yoga. In my classes, I focus on the breath and how it leads us through each movement. I also include meditation practices and weave restorative postures throughout class. It is most important to me to offer all of these techniques to provide several tools through which we can deepen our awareness and connect to ourselves and the world around us.

I have always been passionate about the physical body and how we have the capacity to express and communicate through movement. After graduating from UW-Milwaukee with my BFA in Dance, I moved to NYC and co-founded my own modern dance company BOINK! Dance & Film

At this time I also found yoga and developed my own healing practice. I continue to practice and offer classes that help slow down the body and mind as a way to connect to self and others. Through yoga I continue to discover my truth, and I would like to help you find yours.

I currently offer yoga classes at a lovely studio in Forest Hills, NY (Queens). Whether you need to get your sweat on with a vinyasa flow or you need to slow down and rest in restorative postures, I provide a variety of options within each of my classes to help you get through the week.

My workshops are designed for a more in depth learning session. You will expand your knowledge and awareness to various yoga practices and experience a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit.

If you would like some one on one time, I am available to teach these practices in a private setting. We can set up semi-private or group sessions as well. The session will be tailored to your specific needs and wishes.

"Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you. When you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence."

Barbara Marciniak

My goal is to offer a variety of yoga and meditation techniques so that you can discover what works best for you. Contact me to find out more about my practices and how they can benefit your life.
